Chain Breakers is a food service that serves five healthy meals prepared fresh for pick-up or delivery weekly. We at Chain Breakers believe that we should take a holistic approach to health and wellness. Healthy food consumption is a major part of that holistic approach. We believe eating healthy should be a lifestyle.

Chain Breakers provides five meals weekly for those who join the co-op at a discounted price. This service is available to the community with a commitment to meet in person or by zoom for education and awareness, as well as comments and concerns once a month. We deliver to those who are homebound and to those who lack transportation.

Our mission is to break the chains that hold us bound to unhealthy food consumption. We want to give you a healthy, alternative to GMO and junk foods that have no nutritional value and make eating healthy affordable, and nutritious as well as informative and educational. Our meals are cooked by professional chefs who have a heart for healthy cooking. They know the importance of using food as your medicine using organic, whole foods and making meals not only healthy but delicious as well. A portion of our menu is as follows:
